Our client based in Bella Vista, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join their friendly team on a full-time, Permanent basis The role offers flexible working hours with access to health and Well-being initiatives.


About the role:


  • Provide product information and quotes to customers
  • Enter quotes and job details into the allocation software
  • Liaising with the Operation and Scheduling teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and met in a timely manner

About you:


  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Officer
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Have fulltime working rights to work within Australia
