Join us in this Operator role at the Brisbane Multimodal Terminal (BMT) to perform a variety of freight logistic tasks in an efficient and safe manner.

As a hands-on member of the BMT team, you'll:

Handle customer freight in accordance with statutory requirements and policy guidelines, in a safe, damage-free and cost-effective manner.
Undertake duties as per adopted processes, including operating machinery and using inhouse systems
Conduct activities with Aurizon, and any other rail operator, ensuring adherence to the Rail Accreditation requirements
Utilise technology to adopt new systems and foster a culture of continuous improvement

You're a natural team player with exceptional communication skills
You have a current forklift licence, and your experience makes you a confident operator
You enjoy working independently and collaboratively with a team that is at the heart of our organisation
You're great at building and nurturing productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and of many diverse backgrounds
