The Business Banking Contact Centre supports a range of business customer's financial needs to move their business from today into tomorrow.
Our Business Banking team provide invaluable support to our frontline Relationship Managers as the first point of contact to our business and private banking customers.

You'll be joining the Business Banking team - a hardworking bunch who support our online and phone business banking activities.
As a Business Banking Associate you will receive incoming calls and provide a premium level of technical support over the phone to assist our clients with their Business Banking and their merchant facilities.
What we are looking for
- Previous customer service experience and exceptional customer service skills is essential
- Finance experience or an interest in banking is desirable
- Someone who thrives in a busy environment
- Having a resilient nature is essential in this role
- The ability to master different technologies and multitask
Roster
Our customers are at the centre of everything we do.
To be there for them every step of the way we'll need you to commit to a rotating roster which operates between the hours of:
- Monday-Sunday
- 7.00am10.00pm
- You will need to be available to work weekends on a regular bases (every 36 weeks)
Training commences in May 2023 with all new starters undergoing 4 weeks of mandatory full time training, Monday to Friday 9-5pm.
