Join our Data division, working with the Chief Data Officer to successfully deliver our Corporate Operations Group strategy and operating model, deriving maximum value from trusted and accessible data.


The Data division supports the delivery of our data as an asset capability for the group and is responsible for setting the enterprise-wide data strategy and owning the enterprise data management, regulatory reporting and records management frameworks.

What role will you play?


As our Corporate Operations Group Data Officer, you will regularly work across different teams and operating groups with stakeholders in Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific.

You will utilize your strong leadership skills to continue maturing data management capability, and regularly influence senior executives across the Corporate Operations Group and Macquarie business and technology teams globally.


You will use your strong communication skills to analyse complex topics and create appropriate messaging and actions for a diverse audience of executives encompassing process and risk owners.


What you offer

  • Experience in a senior data governance/management role overseeing the implementation of data governance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Experience across records management capabilities, including the classification, retention, and disposal of records in accordance with Macquarie policy
  • Experience working with regulatory agencies and auditors facilitating the timely and accurate submission and response to any inquiries or requests
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure data integrity accuracy, and consistency across various systems and platforms
  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing teams and driving organisational change.
