Monday - Friday

Pay rate: $31.62ph + Super
Location: Sunshine North

What will you do?

Adhere to, and suggest improvements to, policies and procedures to ensure ongoing consistent customer service
Day to day management of customer queries and request
Liaise with Manager and fellow team members to ensure a consistent approach across all areas
Implement initiatives to improve customer service delivery
Ensure responses to customer requests are supplied in an efficient, effective and timely manner in line with company objectives.
Seek customer feedback and record within the Customer Feedback Database
Ensure timely validation and confirmation of delivery trips
Assist in collections and timely resolution of disputes
Work effectively in a close team and ensure team goals and deadlines are met daily and throughout the year
