About the role

Role Location:
Buderim QLD

Role Type: 12 months Fixed Term

The purpose of the role is to provide the Australian Branch Network (ABN) support and training to distribute wealth solutions to ANZ customers.

Wealth solutions distributed through the ABN include ANZ Home & Contents Insurance, ANZ Landlord Insurance, ANZ Car Insurance and ANZ Mortgage Protection Insurance.

What will your day look like

Deliver training and support the ongoing education for the ANZ wealth solutions provided to customers
Provide expert assistance to our bankers on complex wealth solution enquiries and customer complaints
Assist in the development of the capability of our bankers to have complaint wealth solution conversations following regulatory guidelines
Rollout wealth campaigns and initiatives to promote the distribution of wealth solutions to customers
Work closely with our wealth product partners to provide ongoing feedback to support the continuous improvement of distributions processes, customer experience and product features and functionality
