The role supports the Markets Workflow Team in the following mission:

The Experience Designer role will focus on the delivery of Appian based initiatives within the Markets Workflow Team. The role requires a combination of strong technical skills (Appian, SQL, Integration), collaborative/communication skills and planning/coordination expertise. What will your day look like

This role supports the Markets Workflow Team by linking with the team's What statement:
"We assess, analyse, prioritise, deliver and support a diverse range of automation solutions for the betterment of ANZ".

This specific role has a focus on the delivery aspect of Aanppi based initiatives.

The role is accountable for strategic deliveries through the building of solutions that help to achieve business objectives and contribute to the team's WHY.

What will you bring?

The 'must have' knowledge, skill and experience (KSE) the role requires are:

Strong Appian development experience
Strong SQL (or similar) knowledge, including an understanding of database design/optimisation
Experience working in a collaborative environment using tools such as JIRA for work management and Confluence for knowledge transfer

The 'good to have' knowledge, skill and experience (KSE) the role requires are:

Experience working within finance
Experience working on RESTful integrrations
Experience with Java
Experience in Process Design
Knowledge of how to effectively schedule and conduct meetings to clarify information and deliver effectively

Qualifications:

Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or other related technology qualification
