    Description

    Gough Recruitment is thrilled to partner with a well-established Strata Company renowned in the Strata Industry. With a skilled team led by professional Directors, this office is dedicated to delivering top-notch service. Currently on the lookout for a Trainee Strata Manager / Assistant to join their high-performing team, this role is ideal for an ambitious individual aiming to elevate their career with an innovative team.



    The Role:

    Operating in a professional yet enjoyable work environment, this position is perfect for someone with exceptional customer service skills. Working closely with a seasoned Senior Strata Manager, you will surpass all client expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Relief strata management
    • Supporting 2 strata managers
    • Communicating with Owners Corporation as necessary
    • Coordinating quotations, repairs, and maintenance
    • Preparing meeting agendas and minutes
    • Developing budgets for AGM presentations
    • Organizing and leading meetings
    • Conducting periodic inspections
    • Handling administration tasks
    The Candidate:
    • Prior experience in Strata industry
    • Strata Certificate of Registration is mandatory
    • Outstanding Communication Skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
    • Proficient computer skills
    • Ability to integrate into a dynamic and cheerful team
