Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance:
Assist customers with their inquiries, provide information, and offer solutions to meet their needs.

Outdoor Presence:
Work in an outdoor environment, maintaining a friendly and approachable presence to ensure customers feel welcomed and valued.

Standing on Feet:

Be prepared to be on your feet for extended periods, providing service with a smile and maintaining a positive attitude.

Wayfinding:

Help customers navigate the area by providing directions and guidance to various locations, ensuring they have a seamless experience.

Collateral Distribution:
Hand out informational brochures, leaflets, and promotional materials to customers, promoting our products and services.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors.
Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
Willingness to assist customers and provide helpful information.
A positive and proactive attitude.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
