The Accelagen team is comprised of clinical specialists who provide wide ranging services and support in the development and implementation of clinical trials, for both local and international clients.


The Biometrics team is growing at a fast rate and offers high quality statistical and data management services for our clients, while exhibiting a standard of professionalism and dedication that exceeds our clients' expectations.

The data management team is expanding and looking for a Clinical Data Associate.

About the role


Reporting to the Head of Data Management, you will support all aspects of the data management process in this hands-on role.

Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

Provide data management support to the Lead Data Manager across multiple studies

Data processing (data cleaning, query management, data reconciliation)

Assist with database testing

Assist with validation check testing

Assist in development of documentation (plans, guidelines, specifications, logs)

Conduct review of Medical Coding

Perform and review filing across multiple studies

Provide assistance to Head of Data Management as required

About You

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a hands-on data associate or data coordinator role is required. Prior CRO experience will be a great benefit.


To be successful in this role you will be familiar with data management processes and have hands on experience supporting a data management team.

Familiarity with EDC platforms such as Viedoc, Merative Clinical Development (previously IBM CD) and Medidata Rave will be of great benefit.

You will be tertiary qualified within life sciences, pharmacy, or other relevant qualification, or have the equivalent work experience.

You will need strong organisational and time management skills and be able to communicate well. A high attention to detail and the ability to present documentation to a professional standard is also required

The position is home based or hybrid home-based Australia-wide. Part time and casual roles will also be considered.
