Reporting to the Divisional GM, your role will include:

  • Management and coaching of a team of 15+ direct reports. You will set the team and individual KPIs and objectives
  • Ensuring that workflow is completed to deadlines and allocated effectively across the team
  • Being the escalation point for any complex queries, you will liaise with stakeholders, suppliers, and the wider business

Your Skills:


  • It is desirable that you bring tenure leading a team of 5+ staff in an Accounts Payable Manager/Shared Services Manager position and have expertise transforming teams
  • You come with experience in high volume and complex business environments
  • You have successfully carried out process improvement projects in your career and have been able to influence your direct reports to new ways of working
