Training and Systems Lead - St Marys, Australia - InfraBuild

About the role:
As our Training and Systems Lead, you will play a key role in bringing the vision for the team to life.
This role will be responsible for implementing a wide variety of improvement initiatives, including the development of a brand-new training program.
This role will be imperative in creating national consistency in our processes and upskilling our team. There will be occasional travel required to other states for short periods. The possible locations for the role are St. Marys, Villawood, Eagle Farm, Sunshine or Noble Park.Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop a national training program for newly appointed and current Schedulers
- Identify training gaps and facilitate training to develop team capability
- System development
- Team leadership and people management
- Resource optimisation
- Internal and external stakeholder management
About your experience:
Your previous scheduling experience and passion for quality, training and systems will see you thrive in this role. You will have outstanding communication skills and optimise every opportunity to ensure InfraBuild become an industry leading scheduling team.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A background in Scheduling, detailing or modelling
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Advanced computer skills with experience in ARMA, JDE, BlueBeam, AutoCad or Revit desirable
- Experience in 2D and/or 3D scheduling
- Ability to adapt to differing learning styles and a willingness to train the team
