$157,201 (Plus Super)

Provide high level leadership in the planning and administration of the operational management matters of CPHB
About the role
Patient Services provides delivery of inpatient, non-admitted and emergency department patient administration, clinical support and oversight of data collection workflows within those services to accurately capture hospital activity.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of any related legislation, policies and guidelines related to the capture activity in a public health facility.
Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery, including the input and provision of accurate data reflecting activity and service.
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the business operations of a public hospital and effectively undertake objective, systematic analysis and draw accurate conclusions based on evidence in revenue and activity.
Demonstrated ability to identify operational issues, develop solutions, and provide constructive advice and mitigation strategies in a healthcare setting.
Demonstrated management skills including the ability to provide leadership, professional guidance, mentoring and direction for staff.
Demonstrate well developed liaison and communication skills, and the ability to communicate, present and negotiate complex issues to a diverse audience.
