About the role
The Finance Business Partner will act as leader of change and transformation by driving a business partnership and service delivery model that links between Finance and operational delivery of business strategy.
The Finance Business Partner(s) will work with General Managers and Site Managers across our CCC facilities to access and utilise credible business data to ensure effective and informed decisions are made regarding Calvary Community Care Finances.
Your main duties will include but are not limited to:
Providing strategic financial advice and financial management support to Calvary Community Care and National Finance.
Completing financial analysis to support business decision making to ensure the highest financial value at an acceptable level of risk.
Providing expert advice and guidance, to key stakeholders, on broader strategic and business planning processes through analysis of results, reports, comparisons and trend analysis to support sound decision making.
Driving the effective implementation of a Finance service delivery model focused on partnering with General Managers and key stakeholders within the Calvary Community Care operations.
Analysing and supporting in preparation of yearly and quarterly acquittal requirements
Providing insight into profit and loss performance, budget variances, trend analysis, direct and indirect costs, overhead allocations and KPI reporting.
Working with the Financial Controller, other Finance Business Partners and finance team to develop, communicate implement and manage policies and standards that encourage an environment of excellent customer service and positive staff engagement at all times.
Essential
5 -7 years previous experience in financial management
Strong stakeholder focus
Post graduate qualifications in accounting, economics or business
CPA or CA Qualification
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyse, interpret and utilise data to improve organisational performance and assist with driving and developing the business
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be highly motivated, detailed orientated professional who possesses excellent time management skills
