12 month Fixed Term Contract

  • Salary: Circa $135,000 + Superannuation

About the role:


As the Manager - OD, you will lead and support key strategic people initiatives, in particular, you will work to create and implement talent development programs across the organisation.

In addition to this, you will have oversight of the current learning and development programs, specifically in relation to performance management and career development, in order to further strengthen the current offerings.

You will partner with both internal and external consultants to create, enhance and embed these programs across the business, with the aim of lifting performance, and creating future opportunities for the current workforce.


About you:


You will be an experienced OD practitioner with specific interests and experience across talent development, succession planning, capability uplift, as well as having exposure to learning and development programs.

You will have experience working within complex, matrixed and large scale organisations, with the ability to project manage and effectively influence stakeholders.


In addition to this, you will have:

  • Significant experience and depth in OD roles, having operated at senior level previously.
  • Experience inclusive of talent, succession, leadership development, performance, learning, having developed and implemented initiatives as the member of a COE team.
  • Excellent consulting and project management skills, with the ability to diagnose problems or people matters and determine best fit OD solutions.
  • The ability to adapt to new situations, working collaboratively and pragmatically balancing both current and future organisational needs.
