Description

The Role
This is a low volume client services role, averaging around 20 calls per day.

You will be speaking to Financial Advisers rather than individual investors and will have the following responsibilities:

Direct Contact with Fund Managers, Investors and Advisors
Provide proactive platform navigation to Adviser's and their support staff;
Ensure that all queries / requests are actioned to a set standard of service and quality.
Liaise with Advisors and clients to fulfil service and processing requests within SLA's
At least 12 months experience in a client services role within finance.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
The capacity to work individually as well as in a team.
A motivated and professional attitude.
The ability to take on responsibility and make independent decisions.
