    Are you a recent IT graduate or nearing completion of your degree? We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our client, a local council in south Sydney, in an exciting IT Service Desk Graduate role with a contract of up to 2 years.

    What to Expect in This Role:

    • Gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced IT service desk setting.
    • Develop customer service skills to assist internal stakeholders effectively.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve various IT user issues.
    • Learn and utilize industry-standard IT service management (ITSM) systems and tools.

    Your Qualifications:

    • Enrolled in a relevant IT degree or recently graduated.
