We have a great opportunity for an IT graduate to join one of the largest Global financial institutions in an IT Service Desk Analyst role.

They offer a broad range of financial services, including banking, securities, trust and asset management, credit card, private banking services, venture capital, through it's group companies.

Their focus is on commercial and investment banking and is expanding globally.

This exciting role will be responsible for completing IT Operations and Monitoring tasks while getting mentored by an experienced analyst.

You will provide the first point of contact for end users to the IT Department and be responsible for the delivery of Service Desk related functions.

This position will also liaise closely with key stakeholders, such as suppliers, vendors, and Local and Head Office departments, to ensure the best outcomes for the branch.

Responsibilities:

To deliver a consistently high level of Operations and Service Desk support to the Branch
Understand and navigate through the current systems and processes to ensure that end user requirements are met.
Ensure know ledge libraries, focused on meeting the longterm business needs and developing a highly reputable customeroriented profile

Competencies/ Skills & Experience:

Demonstrated know ledge of ITIL processes as they are related to IT Service Delivery and Infrastructure
Basic understanding of network concepts TCP\IP, DHCP, DNS
User ID Management including Active Directory (Creation, Deletion, Modification and reporting)
Sound knowledge of Window s 10 Operating Systems and PC support in VDI environment
ServiceDesk Tool (Ticket Creation, ticket management and escalation)
IT Audit Evidence Capture
Morning IT Status checklist
Tape Backup Management (Daily, Weekly and Monthly)
IT Monthly Status Reporting
Shell Scripting (Pow er Shell, Python)
