About the Opportunity

We have an amazing opportunity for passionate and driven Intake Officers to join our new Centralised Oral Health Intake and Information Service located at Bolger Street, Campbelltown.

You will be required to work between Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm.


What you'll be doing


Responsible for the efficient customer focused intake and information service for the Oral Health Service South Western Sydney Local Health District, including answering incoming telephone calls, providing accurate information to patients regarding their dental care, making required dental appointments and administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the Intake & Information Service.

  • Demonstrated ability to focus on the customer by interpreting their needs through welldeveloped listening and questioning skills for a broad range of clients in Call Centre environment.
  • Proficient keyboarding skills to ensure accurate data entry whilst talking to customers on the phone.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team, independently and with mínimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with variety of professionals both internal and external to the Service whilst maintaining privacy & confidentiality at all times.
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and organise own work, taking into account the impact on others, to achieve results.
