  • Our client, a leading successful national insurance group who are well-respected for delivering quality products and a high standard of service to brokers, is currently seeking an experienced property claims professional to step into this newly created senior claims role and make it their own.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a small portfolio of property claims to ensure accurate & efficient settlement
  • Take ownership of all escalated disputes (both IDR & EDR)
  • Expand and seek ways to improve their disputes process
  • Mentoring staff
  • Involvement in various transformation projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders internally and externally
  • Working to AFCA and IFSO timeframes
  • Handling of all AFCA submissions & challenge decisions if necessary

    About You

    To be successful in securing this brilliant claims role, you will have a minimum of 6 years' experience in commercial property related claims (ISR, business packs &/or strata), ideally some experience with disputes, exemplary communication and client service skills, strong attention to detail, proven negotiation and problem solving skills, self-motivated and keen to learn, team player attitude, high work ethic and service delivery.
