In summary.


The Digital Content Marketer works with the divisions to help create digital content through speaker interviews both onsite and virtually to be placed on our online library Streamly.

Streamly offers on-demand video from industry expert from across all our events.

Help formulate a content marketing strategy and manage its execution through a variety of digital channels, including Streamly. With a focus on expanding our digital audience and engagement through innovative content campaigns, delivering marketing services programmes.


Working consistently to best practice standards, the Digital Content Marketer contributes to new, improved ways of creating and marketing our range of digital experiences and maintaining a 365-content strategy to and grow our audience and revenue.


What you'll be doing.

  • Researching speaker topics & tailoring questions for onsite interviews, collaborating with producers to ensure quality content
  • Working with spex managers to ensure our digital content is "commercial" enough for them to sell sponsorship on
  • Liaising with speakers to organise interviews onsite or virtually
  • Taking the lead on all aspects of your content marketing campaigns
  • Keeping Streamly content updated, following guidelines for SEO and 'Tone of Voice' copywriting principles
  • Devising new strategies to enhance brand messaging, reach and engagement through social communications
  • Creating customer focused, consistent content; including written articles & videos
  • Producing digital assets and liaising with designers to maximise their visual appeal
  • Liaising with each campaign marketer to help drive engagement, audience and conversions
  • Monitoring schedules and deadlines during all phases of event campaigns and prioritising to ensure all work is executed effectively and on time
  • Keeping up to date with current digital trends. And incorporating new ideas and our customer insights into content marketing initiatives
  • Communicating with product, sales, operations, and marketing colleagues to ensure a cohesive and successful teambased approach
  • Updating the online catalogue of digital content ) with most recent event interviews

Qualifications:


  • Eligible to work in Australia, with valid passport or working visa
  • Bachelor's level education or equivalent, specialisation in digital media, journalism, or communications advantageous (but not a requirement)
  • Confident, friendly manner and ability to work well within a closeknit team as well as autonomously
  • Must be selfmotivated and able to handle multiple projects often under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, online and in person
  • Excellent copy writing skills and attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, including SEO and social media
  • Competency with Adobe PhotoShop, Premier Pro and social media management tools advantageous (but not a requirement)
