This is an opportunity not to be missed Based in Sydney's South West, out of a boutique office in Campbelltown, our client runs a small, tight-knit team who are a trusted real estate agency in the area.

They provide outstanding top quality service and are seeking a motivated Property Manager who is looking to progress to join their team


The Role:

Due to growth, We are seeking someone to manage and service a clean, neat, tidy and local portfolio all based in close proximity of South Campbelltown, Ambervale & Bradbury

  • Management of a clean and tidy portfolio of approx. 150 properties
  • Maintaining relationships with tenants and landlords
  • Conducting repairs and maintenance
  • Rental arrears management
  • Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
  • Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend CTTT hearings when required
  • Full time leasing assistant

NO accounts, NO Leasing Monday to Friday

What will you need to succeed?

  • 2+ years in real estate
  • A current certificate of Registration, with intent to upgrade to a license
  • High level of professionalism
  • Commitment to superior customer service
  • High level of customer service and excellent rapportbuilding skills
