Our Sales Support team is a vital resource to our Property Consultants - managing both the sales and marketing processes from listing through to settlement to ensure a seamless client service experience.
This role will be based in our Stirling office and is an exciting opportunity for someone to expand their skill set under the leadership of our esteemed and experienced sales team.
As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their initial impressions.
_THE ROLE YOU COULD PLAY _
This is a role for you to bring your best self to, combining your excitement for real estate with your outstanding organisation and administration skills.
- Ensuring all paperwork is compliant
- Providing superior customer service to both internal and external clients
- Processing of listings and sales
- Answering phone calls and diverting to the appropriate person
- Maintaining the reception and office area
- Uploading properties to the internet
- Organising advertising, signboards and photos
- Ensuring legal compliance of the sales process
- Maintaining office supplies
_ WHAT YOU WILL BRING _
We are a rapidly growing business with big vision, so we need highly adaptable and entrepreneurial team players.
We would love to meet you if you have:
- Minimum of 12 months experience in real estate administration
- Experience in working with CRM system
- Agent Box (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- High developed attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a highpressure work environment
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work alongside and adapt to various personality styles across a variety of people
