_ THE ROLE YOU COULD PLAY _

This is a role that you can really bring your best self to and combine your passion for property with your strong client service skills._
Within our fast paced and innovative environment, on any given day, you will be working on _

- _Communicating with and managing buyers_
- _Attending open inspections and preparing for auctions_
- _Providing advice and service to the client_
- _Prospecting, listing and selling property_
- _Attending appraisals and delivering settlement gifts/sold stickers_
- _Attending appointments with trades/inspectors_
- _Continually growing your skills through the many resources and training opportunities we provide our agents_

_ WHAT YOU WILL BRING _

There are a few things that you will need to demonstrate to be set up for success in this role. We are a rapidly growing business with a big vision, so we need highly adaptable and entrepreneurial team players.

We would love to meet you if you have:
_
- _A current Real Estate License is essential_
- _Prior experience is favourable_
- _Experience in CRM systems (Agent Box is preferred if experienced in real estate)_
- _High level of customer service_
- _Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and sound attention to detail_
- _Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of system_
- _Knowledge of the legislation around listing and selling property_
