The Recruitment People are a business providing recruitment & HR Solutions.


We are currently assisting our client in their search for a new Store Manager, for one of their national retail stores.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintaining and growing store performance
  • Ensure and manage delivering of KPI's
  • Improve store financial performance objectives, sales and profitability
  • Ensure implementation of company policies, code of conduct and ethics
  • Monitoring of financial & budgetary transactions to ensure efficient operation and expenditures within budget limitations.
  • Expenditure control
  • Staff management of an experienced retail management group
  • Creating and maintaining an outstanding customer service culture.

Skills & Experience:


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build solid working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Results focused with high energy, proactively driving a fastpaced business environment to exceed performance indicators and Company objectives.
  • Managerial experience and an ability to develop and maintain strong customer partnerships.
  • Demonstrate a solid retail operational background with proven success in site growth and systems development, which includes building a successful retail brand and team.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to use your findings to implement beneficial solutions.
  • Proven leadership skills to enable you to effectively manage, inspire and guide multiple levels including Operations, Area and Store Management
  • Achievement in developing annual business plans and expense budgets for a sales department; establishing monthly sales and profit objectives; and, conducting the affairs of the Company in a fashion conducive to achieving its sales goals.
  • Business acumen that has delivered proven sales / profit growth
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
