They are now offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their high performing team and accelerate their career.

Managing all aspects of property management including tenant liaison, lease administration and occupancy issues
Monitoring financial transactions
Maintaining a current and accurate tenancy schedule
Maintaining close liaison with clients, tenants, and operational personnel including external agents
Ensuring compliance with owner and tenant requirements
Finacial reporting
Ideally a property related qualification and proven experience in commercial property management
Experience in the management of commercial assets
Strong experience in lease administration and renewal negotiations
Strong stakeholder management experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong time management and organisational skills
Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages
