Day to day responsibilities of the successful Strata Manager will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of between 40-50 schemes
  • Prompt follow up & resolution of inquiries
  • Providing superior service and advice to your clients
  • Issuing notices, problem solving & dispute resolution
  • Chairing OC meetings
The successful Strata Manager will have the following professional and personal attributes:

  • Prior experience as a Strata Manager
  • Class 2 license | in the process of attaining
  • Skills in interpreting and communicating legislation, financial, and procedural requirements
  • Superior communication skills
  • Enjoy building relationships and anticipating the needs of your clients
