Based in their North Sydney head office (with hybrid flexibility), in this role you will be responsible for the management and delivery of the Bonus Commission plans, working closely with the HR, Payroll & Finance team.

You will also drive continuous improvement within the Bonus & Commission process through participation in Sales Plan development.

With full training provided, this is a role for an analytical, data driven, sparky graduate to sink your teeth into.


About the Role:

You will play a pivotal role within the HR team & will be responsible for:

  • Conduct the Annual and Quarterly KPI bonus setting and ensure payment process for sales team.
  • Quota letter generation and distribution process.
  • Resolve and respond to queries from employees, managers, Payroll and Finance with regards to pay errors related to B&Cs.
  • Partnering with key Finance, Payroll & HR business partners in the administration of the B&C process.

About You:

To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • Experience in a HR administrative role is desired however, not essential.
  • Excellent customer service, great communication style, & ability to build relationships.
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Finance or Human Resources or Business.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise and manage a large work volume at critical times.
