The Client:


My client is a boutique Agency that has grown to become one of the Inner West's biggest success stories Built on a strong philosophy and genuine care for their customers, this team are the local experts that have provided top service to all people they encounter.

Operating out of smick, renovated open planned offices amongst a hub of cafes and busy lifestyle precincts, this is an opportunity for a Leasing Consultant/ Sales Associate to join a fun, friendly and energetic team.


You do not need any experience Just a Certificate of Registration, drivers licence & reliable car.

The Role:


  • Conduct open for inspections & private inspections
  • Prepare lease documents & lease sign ups
  • Conduct reference checks for potential tenants
  • Liaising with prospective buyers & vendors
  • Administration support to a Senior Property Manager
  • Conduct ingoings, outgoings, routines
  • Liaising with tenants
  • Training to become a property manager OR Sales Associate
  • Real Estate experience is preferred however not essential
  • A current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must be immaculately presented
  • Must be energetic & have a cando attitude
