Description

The Operational Coordinator is responsible for receiving, recording and circulating planning and design submissions to relevant TCCS business units for review, assessment and acceptance within required timeframes.

This position supports the monitoring of and performance reporting on planning and development submissions received and handled by the Directorate.


This position also assists in the development and maintenance of operational policies and procedures for the Branch, supports the review and continuous improvement of branch compliance, governance and risk management documents, and undertakes review and administration of the internal branch SharePoint intranet site and maintenance of website content.


Eligibility/Other Requirements:


  • Current Australian Class C driver's licence essential.
  • Permanent Resident of Australia.

Notes: A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. This position will is located in a new workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers do not have a designated workstation/desk.
