Anila Recruitment is representing a communitybased Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Provider in the recruitment of an OSHC Coordinator for their OSHC Service based in Easthgardens. Our client is a leading not for profit organisation that provides services to children and young people across NSW.

This position is 37.5 hours hours per week.
This isn't your usual OSHC Coordinator position as you will be leading a 90 place service and with the opportunity to work flexible hours

Hours:
will vary according to service needs, however, there are options for block shifts

Salary:
$38 - $40 per hour + super + split shift allowance

About the role:

37.5 hours per week
Flexible block hour shifts + in ratio
The service is licensed for 90 and is averaging 45 in after school care
You will join a great leadership team and lovely Area Manager

About you:

-
Desirable but not essential - Diploma trained or an ACECQA recognised qualification
is desirable but not essential:

Experience as a Coordinator, Director, Early years Educator and/or OSHC Educator
Passionate about working with children within an Early Years setting
Good communication skills
Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) or My Time Our Place (MTOP)
