Our Client is an established Not for Profit (NFP) Origanisation that operates 60+ services across NSW. This organisation prides themselves on training, support, and safety for children. They are passionate about upskilling and training of staff as well has succession planning and growth for employees.

This position is a Permanent Full Time position - 38 hours per week.

Hours:
Block shifts between 7am and 6pm. The Coordinator will choose their hours according to their lifestyle and service requirements/needs\

Salary:
$35 - $38.50 per hour + $17.18 per day + super

About the Service

Licensed for 120 places and is averaging approx 100 children
There is an experienced 2IC / Educational Leader who will support the Coordinator
The service has a consistent team of Permanent Part Time Educators
Great working relationship with the school

About the role:

Lead a highquality 120 place serOSHC service
Be the Nominated Supervisor
Be the Responsible Person for the service
Lead a consistent and stable team of Educators
Report directly to the Area Manager who will provide you with going support and mentoring

About you:

Diploma trained or an ACECQA recognised qualification
is desirable but not essential:
Experience as a Coordinator, Director, Early years Educator and/or OSHC Educator
Passionate about working with children within an Early Years setting
Good communication skills
Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) or My Time Our Place (MTOP)
