Mid-sized growing Public Practice Accounting firm

  • Client Services Coordinator role that sits within the Business Services team

Our client is a standout Accounting practice with fantastic offices. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will provide client support and administration assistance to the Accountants within Business Services.

You will provide quality service to all clients who access this firm, and their services. You will directly support the Managers, and their teams to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.


This role requires someone who has excellent people skills, and the ability to build and maintain rapport with clients and staff.

You will be able to handle client enquiries in a fast paced environment.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Scheduling annual work to meet clients needs
  • Preparation and maintenance of database/client records
  • Typing up of letters to clients
  • Filing electronic letters/documents
  • Organising appointments with clients
  • Preparing checklists of information
  • Reviewing and checking client documents
  • XPM reporting
  • ATO mail management
  • Printing off monthly reports from ATO, ASIC and CAS360
  • Ad hoc administrative duties


To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will have previous experience as a Client Services Coordinator within an Accounting practice.

You will work very closely with the Business Services team.
