About the role:


Cathro & Partners are looking to add an Operations Specialist to support the General Manager across all functions, including HR, Finance, IT, Administration and Business Improvement / Performance.


This is a newly created role, in a fast-paced environment, supporting a leader who will encourage you to bring ideas and recommendations to the table, provide you with coaching and support, and be genuinely invested in expanding your experience and growing your career.

In this role your key duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist the GM across a range of operational and administrative duties
  • Assist in the development of Operational strategies
  • Assist with the design, implementation and management of different business processes
  • Manage the administration of special projects, including designing and producing documents, reports and presentations
  • Manage the planning of company wide meetings and training sessions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and service quality
  • Develop monthly reports, analytics and track performance KPI
