Administration and Accounts Assistant to join a reputable and dynamic insurance brokerage firm committed to providing top-notch services to clients.

You will have a crucial role in managing daily accounts and administration tasks, ensuring the smooth operations of the company.

The role:


  • Providing essential support to the Accounts and Administration team
  • Process accounts payable and receivable accurately, maintaining uptodate records.
  • Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliations, generate debtors reports, and contribute to financial reporting.
  • Enter financial data into systems, manage digital filing for accounts and assist with budget reporting.
  • Handle general administrative tasks related to accounts
  • Work effectively within the team, report progress, and contribute to process enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry news, attend training sessions, and ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Contributing to the overall success of the company by ensuring financial tasks are executed effectively
  • Will have around 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Certificate III in Business Administration preferred but not required.
  • Basic bookkeeping skills for accounts receivable and payable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with budget monitoring and expense management.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and relevant software, typing speed of approximately 45 to 75 wpm
