Your responsibilities will include:


  • Working closely with the TA and HR teams supporting with talent acquisition
  • End to end recruitment
  • Posting ads, sourcing, screening, interviews, background checks
  • Coordinate the compliance and onboarding of new starters
  • Review processes and make improvements
  • Ensure contracts are up to date, accurate and comply with legislation
  • Liaising with hiring managers
  • A cando attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work as part of a team or autonomously with the ability to make this role their own
  • 12 years recruitment experience is ideal
  • Experience in recruitment of financial services or IT roles highly desirable.
