Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the TA and HR teams supporting with talent acquisition
- End to end recruitment
- Posting ads, sourcing, screening, interviews, background checks
- Coordinate the compliance and onboarding of new starters
- Review processes and make improvements
- Ensure contracts are up to date, accurate and comply with legislation
- Liaising with hiring managers
- A cando attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work as part of a team or autonomously with the ability to make this role their own
- 12 years recruitment experience is ideal
- Experience in recruitment of financial services or IT roles highly desirable.
