Job Summary

As the Store Manager to one of Telstra's flagship retail stores, you will empower and develop your team to provide customers with quality experiences Based at the newly fitted out, magnificent Chadstone store, you will be a people and customer champion ensuring extraordinary service, in-store presentation, and operational excellence are maintained while driving a positive culture and growing the people and business around you to success.

Job Description:

An experienced people manager, you will provide inspirational leadership and drive positive engagement to create a culture of high performance for our amazing people.

You will develop, coach and mentor your team to deliver delightful customer experiences with every walk in.

Key responsibilities:

Develop a harmonised team culture, motivate talent, and ensure a safe workspace where all team members shine and are respected.
Lead your team to customer service targets, fostering performance and compliance
Effective implementation of our customer sales model and guidelines on Doing Good Business Responsibly.

Your Skills and Experience

A proven people leader who promotes a collaborative and energetic team environment that drives trust, integrity, and highperformance standards, through coaching and mentoring
A continuous improvement mindset ability to collaborate and innovate into supercharging our customer experiences
Numbers focused, you will be able to take a holistic view of the business and drive sales through your people.
