Our Defence team

Being in our Defence business means you'll be working to provide secure network and solutions for our defence customer segment.

We're looking for a highly motivated and passionate Regional Defence Technician - VTC to join the Field Team. This is an onsite role based in and around Queanbeyan, NSW.

Your key responsibilities and major tasks include, but are not limited to:

Management, organisation, and installation of video conferencing equipment in the defence environment.-
Working with our VIP customers to deliver a premium onsite service that meets SLA requirements.-
Proactive looking for opportunities to support regional defence team, actively seek and support the regional team, with issues and opportunities.-
Working on the customers ICT environment that includes Defence's Juniper ICT network, wireless technology, Skype of business voice, Video conferencing and passive infrastructure (Fibre and copper).-
Maintain and report the security of the ICT environment.-
Provide weekly reporting or escalation to the Regional Delivery Manager.-
Provide input into and maintain technical and or Procedural documentationEnough about us, let's talk about you.
