This dynamic and important role within the myHomecare Group is to ensure and maintain a high standard of care, to enhance our values and support our clients.
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the development and delivery of marketing and communications strategies for the organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Content Marketing, you will consult with your manager about how to deliver marketing initiatives including creating content, managing social media profiles and developing networking opportunities.
You will work in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards and assist in developing the Homecare Business.As Marketing Coordinator you will:
- Assist in the development of strategic and tactical marketing initiatives and plans including print, online, tradeshows, social media and networking opportunities
- Concept and assist with writing branded advertising campaigns, white papers and other technical content, as well as strengthening the Company's brands in all forms of media (online and print)
- Conduct market research to identify effective promotional methods and negotiate media contracts, as well as investigating new media opportunities (print, events, online, advertorials), negotiating rates and booking space
- Create and edit videos
- Assist with corporate events or tradeshows
- Review web analytics and ad words campaigns on an ongoing basis and generate monthly reports regarding site traffic
- Manage feedback effectively to initiate resolution of complaints and celebrate successes, as well as complete required reporting
- Write and develop blog posts and other informational content
- SEO optimisation
- Assist with website maintenance
