- Contribute to strategic planning and clinical direction including all headspace Frankston & Rosebud clinical service work plans.
- Provide clinical leadership, support, clear direction and mentoring to both the clinical leadership group and their teams.
- Ensure team well-being, supporting clinical leadership learning and development and facilitating a positive team culture.
- Provide leadership in clinical incident response, management and systems learning alongside all staff members.
- Manage the planning, program development, implementation, direction and evaluation of all clinical operations which include providing analysis and interpretation of the data and services provided.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to determine service needs to assist with the coordination of care for young people and their families.
- YSAS is a safe workplace and requires staff to be fully vaccinated (two doses plus booster) or a valid medical exemption to prevent the spread of COVID-19. YSAS will request evidence in the pre-employment stage.
- Service delivery aspects of the role may be modified in order to comply with Victorian Government COVID-19 guidelines.

Headspace Frankston Clinical Manager
About the position
Reporting to the Centre Manager, and working alongside the Practice Manager, the Clinical Manager will lead the provision of integrated quality mental health services to young people aged 12-25 years at both headspace Frankston and the headspace Rosebud satellite site. YSAS are committed to delivering services in line with the YSAS organisational values, the objectives of the commissioned mental health programs, and in alignment with the headspace Model Integrity Framework and other evidence based clinical guidelines. Clinical leadership, people management, clinical governance, quality improvement, innovation in clinical service delivery, contract compliance, stakeholder relationship management and community engagement are fundamental requirements of the role. The position will lead quality and risk management activities, and the development and provision of targeted education programs.
