About the role
The role of the Eastern Health Partner Provider Clinical Lead is to provide team leadership within treatment services provided by Turning Point.
This is a position of clinical leadership and operational accountability that aligns with Eastern Health's clinical governance and operational management structures.
The role works in collaboration with the manager, deputy clinical director and other discipline seniors as part of the Turning Point Eastern Treatment Services leadership group.
This role is responsible for ensuring client care is provided in accordance with Eastern Health standards and guidelines.
This role shall provide leadership to a multi-disciplinary team who provide a range of direct and telehealth clinical services targeting addiction and highly complex mental health presentations.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
Registered as a Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority
Minimum of 7 years' experience as a registered Nurse including at least 2 years as a senior clinician.
Demonstrated clinical and operational skills and knowledge in the areas of Alcohol and Other Drugs, Mental Health or Dual Diagnosis
Demonstrated ability and experience in clinical leadership and supervision of clinical practice within a multi-disciplinary team.
Demonstrated commitment to supervised practice and ongoing professional development.
High level interpersonal skills with consumers, their families and healthcare professionals
Ability to prioritise, multi-task in a fast paced work environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to undertake accurate case entry and data management across Microsoft platforms and patient management systems
High level of computer skills related to word processing, data analysis and communication.
Current Victorian driver's licence.
