About the role.**:

The Program Delivery Lead will oversee the progress and performance of the three program delivery streams. You will employ your excellent communication and digital program leadership skills to engage with all stakeholder groups.

Key responsibilities.**:

Develop and maintain an integrated delivery schedule and monitoring program milestones and the critical path.
Coordinate dependencies across streams by working with stream leads to ensure dependencies are current.
Assist with identification and removal of barriers to defining dependencies.
Coordinate activities between different projects within the program to ensure seamless integration and overall success.
Identifying areas for improvement in processes, methodology, tools and delivery strategies.
Collaborate with the change management lead to ensure appropriate integration of project management and organisational change management approaches and delivery.

Skills and experience.**:

A degree post graduate qualification in information technology, business and/or public administration from a recognised tertiary institution or other relevant qualification, would be well regarded.
Relevant qualifications in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) Program Management (MSP) and Project Management (PRINCE2, PMBOK) is not mandatory but would be well regarded.
