About the role.**:

The ERP Platform Delivery Manager will lead a team that delivers projects and incremental improvement initiatives across the ERP Platform.

This role will be responsible for establishing and managing practices such as project management, iteration management, testing, business analysis, change and release, demand management and communications.

Key responsibilities.**:

Lead and role model customer focus by treating all internal and external customers with honesty, fairness, sensitivity and dignity.
Model and lead performance excellence and valuesbased culture in line with our clientsLeadership Blueprint.
Establish and manage deliveryrelated services and practices within the ERP Platform Group, these include but are not limited to portfolio management, project management, resource management, iteration management, testing, business analysis, change and release, demand management and communications.
Set vision and a continuous improvement roadmap for deliveryrelated services and practices
Develop and implement strategies to reinforce relationships with stakeholders and continually improve the brand of the ERP Platform Group.

Highly desirable criteria.**:

Demonstrated evidence of capabilities in Leadership Blueprint to deliver performance excellence and a valuesbased culture.
Highly developed verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills. Proven experience in building strong working relationships with all levels of seniority.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and management skills understanding how others think and act to smoothly deliver outcomes through strong business, team and supplier partnerships.
Minimum 10 years' experience in senior project management, program management or PMO leadership.
Demonstrated practical knowledge and experience in contemporary/iterative IT delivery methods such as Agile, Scrum, DevOps.

Desirable criteria.**:

Certification in an established project management methodology (e.g. Agile, Prince2, PMBoK);
Exposure to business analysis methodology (e.g. BABoK, Lean, Six Sigma);
