Your new opportunity:

In this important and highly valued role, reporting directly to the Group Learning & Development Manager, the Team Administrator will support our fabulous team with all administration functions.

In this role you will:

Provide general administration support to the Learning & Development team including tasks such as ordering, printing and invoicing
Be the first point of contact for internal and external customer service activities
Coordinate training courses, programs and events
Support all learning management systems used by Penske

About you:

Minimum of 3 years administration or customer service experience
Possess a strong work ethic and exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask
Highly capable in stakeholder management, teamwork and interpersonal skills
Ability to proactively review administrative processes and build efficiencies to improve
Demonstrated competence in computer skills, particularly Excel, Word & Outlook and ability to adapt to new systems
Capable of working in an autonomous role without supervision
