Your New Opportunity:

An excellent
full time,
permanent opportunity exists for a
Parts Interpreter to join our dynamic team,based at our Wacol,
National Parts Distribution Centre, where you will support and advise both our internal and external stakeholders on parts across our diverse range of premium brands to minimise downtime & maximise productivity.

Provide customer service support to our dealers / branches with their parts technical enquiries of Engine, Transmission and Chassis related components.
Liaise with our OEM Partners to provide solutions to parts technical queries.

About You:

Qualified Parts Interpreter or Minimum of 3 years' experience in parts interpreting or related industry role.
Exceptional communication skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Sound knowledge / background in heavy duty truck and or heavy duty engines and other associated products sold through our parts department preferable.
Pentana IDS, ERA DMS experience is advantageous but not essential.
Proficient user in Microsoft Office
