About your new role:


Along with general customer service and assisting with leasing and property management, this position has a reservations focus and will work to manage waiting lists to assist with filling vacancies of our newly opened properties.


Some of your duties will include:

  • Assist with leasing and the ongoing property management of units
  • Checking in and out of our residents at the beginning and end of their tenancy
  • Conduct pre and post occupancy inspections and also periodic room inspections
  • Assist the team to achieve and maintain the budgeted occupancy figures
  • Provide general administration support such as telephone answering, incoming and outgoing mail and filing etc.
  • Assist residents with enquiries related to their residency, studies, general needs and overall wellbeing

What we need from you
We are looking for fun, enthusiastic, and passionate team players who love to interact with people from diverse backgrounds. Ideally you will have experience in customer service and/or reception and will be motivated for a career at UniLodge. We are open to training team members with

_no experience_, provided you are eager to learn the UniLodge way. Some of your essential skills include strong written and verbal communication skills, good attention to detail, solid computer skills and a "we care" attitude.


Our mandatory requirements include:


  • National Police Check (completed within last 3 months)
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia and New Zealand
  • Real Estate Qualifications (if applicable at property)
