About your new role:


As Customer Service Manager you will coach and develop a team of Customer Service Coordinators in delivering an exceptional resident experience that focuses on fostering a safe, secure and healthy living environment.


Day-to-day you will oversee the front desk operations and the delivery of all areas of customer focused operations at the property.

You will manage, record and promptly resolve issues or emergencies that arise while on duty, and act as a "Mentor" and point of contact for assistance, information and welfare for residents.


About You


You will be more than just a friendly presence, you are a crucial link in creating a supportive culture and inspiring community within the property.

Whilst providing an exceptional customer experience is your forte, you will have a natural ability to resolve issues and possess experience in providing hands-on operational security and incident management in a residential setting.

Previous leadership experience within a student accommodation or hotel environment will be beneficial.


Our mandatory requirements include:


  • National Police Check (completed within last 3 months)
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia and New Zealand
  • Current VIC Real Estate Qualification (or willing to obtain)
