Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail oriented individual to join their award winning team as a

Part Time

Administration Assistant.

Real estate experience is highly desired, however not essential.

We're open to all backgrounds including but not limited to executive assistants, administration managers, sales account management or client service professionals.

Your duties will include:


  • General administration tasks;
  • Providing sales support;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients;
  • Assisting with generating business opportunities;
  • Upholding professional standards;
  • Organising and creating marketing material;
  • Working within a database;
  • Completing data entry;
  • Booking buyer appointments;
  • Liaising with vendors;
  • Customer call backs;
  • Scheduling;
  • Assisting with market appraisals;
  • Assisting with open homes;
  • Report preparation; and
  • Market research.

To succeed in this role you'll have:

  • Process driven with a strong attention to detail;
  • A focused, driven and motivated personality;
  • Previous real estate experience (highly desired but not essential);
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a must;
  • Possess a strong work ethic and positive outlook;
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Highly technically proficient and comfortable with new technologies;
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks;
  • A team player;
  • Possess exceptional follow up;
  • Punctual; and
  • Forward thinking.
