Maintenance & Grounds Officer | Blue Care | Kenmore Aged Care Facility

Employment term: Permanent Part Time Position 22.8Hours per week offering flexible days.
Location: Kenmore Aged Care facility
Remuneration: $ $25.98 p/hr + 10.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances

Your part in our BlueCare team
You'll support with the maintenance and grounds services across our residential facility, including:

Support with repairs, preventative maintenance and refurbishments
General grounds upkeep, landscaping overseeing any external contractors
Develop and deliver Summer and Winter gardening programs
General maintenance programs over the course of the year

What makes a difference for us?:

Experience in general building, plant and equipment maintenance
Experience in gardening/landscape/grounds maintenance, including
Knowledge of herbicides, pesticides and safe work practices
Relevant Trade Qualifications or Certificate in Facilities, Building or Construction
Current Australian driver's license
Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
Evidence of COVID Vaccinations
