Working in a newly renovated office, you will bring previous experience in collections or customer service to this new and exciting opportunity a supportive team and environment.

Supporting the contact centre, this role aims to provide first call resolution while maintaining company and regulatory guidelines. It is positioned in the company's mid-stage collections process.

Description
The duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

Making outbound collections calls to ensure customer accounts are up to date
Managing external stakeholders
Work through complex collection accounts and propose solutions that can benefit future growth
Problem solving with the customer to create overall best results
Follow up for approvals where required if additional actions or costs are involved

Profile

Previous experience with collections or strong customer service experience
Customer focused with a willingness to learn new things
Comfortable in making outbound calls and problem solving with the customer
High level of verbal and written interaction with internal and external stakeholders
Passionate about high performance and exceeding expectations
